The rules of the site.

1. Who we are

The website amely.menu (the “Site”) is operated by Manuele Marchi, VAT no. IT18688261009, based at Via Aurelia Antica 424, 00165 Roma, Italy, who is also the controller of personal data. For any communication you can write to info@amely.menu. By browsing the Site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

2. What you find on the Site

The Site presents amely, a digital menu service with a personalised journey for restaurants, and lets you request a demo. The information published is for illustration: the features, sample menus, dishes and prices shown in images and mockups are examples and do not constitute a contractual offer. Commercial and service terms are agreed separately with each restaurant in a dedicated contract.

3. Demo request

Requesting a demo is free and does not oblige you to purchase any service. We ask you to provide truthful information and to contact us on behalf of a business you are entitled to represent. We reserve the right not to follow up on requests that are incomplete, irrelevant or that we consider not made in good faith.

4. Intellectual property

The amely brand, logo, texts, graphics, interfaces and code of the Site belong to amely or to their respective owners and are protected by copyright and industrial property laws. You may browse the Site and share its links; you may not copy, reproduce, modify or reuse its contents for commercial purposes without our written consent. Photographs come from Unsplash and are used under its licence; any third-party trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners.

5. Proper use of the Site

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful activities, not to attempt to access restricted areas or interfere with its operation, not to submit harmful content and not to carry out automated data collection (scraping) without authorisation.

6. Limitation of liability

We strive to keep the Site up to date and working, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, amely is not liable for damages arising from the use of the Site, from service interruptions or from the content of third-party sites reachable through links. The information on allergens and dietary preferences shown in the examples is for demonstration: in the real service, the accuracy of that information depends on the data provided by the restaurant, which remains responsible towards its guests.

7. Links to external sites

The Site may contain links to third-party sites (for example our social profiles). We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy policies.

8. Privacy

The processing of personal data collected through the Site is described in our privacy policy.

9. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms at any time; the version in force is the one published on this page with its update date. Using the Site after changes are published counts as acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the Site falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
